Hero MotoCorp won the Guinness World Record for creating the largest brand logo.
It’s been 10 years since Hero MotoCorp and Honda went their separate ways and manufacturer Indian Motorcycle has started their solo journey ever since. And now, to celebrate its decade-long solo journey, the company has created the largest replica of its brand’s logo using one of its oldest and most powerful volume generation models, the Splendor Plus. The company uniformly placed 1,845 Hero Splendor Plus motorcycles to form the Hero logo in the company’s manufacturing plant in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. The area spanning 1,000ft x 800ft was used as a canvas to create this and it was also recognized by the Guinness World Record, making Hero MotoCorp the only two-wheeler brand to feature such a large brand logo. .

Hero MotoCorp also surpassed the sales target of 100 million units in cumulative production, which is one of an automaker’s fastest global achievements. The company kicked off the celebrations in January 2021 when its 100 millionth motorcycle, the Xtreme 160R, rolled out of its manufacturing facility in Haridwar.
